Upcycled Patchwork
Individuality & Vibrant Styles
Whether it’s a cozy cushion, a stylish tote, or a one-of-a-kind garment, upcycled patchwork items carry a sense of history and individuality.
Upcycled patchwork offers a creative and sustainable approach to crafting cushions, bags, and clothing. It minimizes waste and reduces the environmental impact of textile production by repurposing fabric scraps and discarded clothing. Patchwork, the art of sewing together small fabric pieces to create a larger design, lends itself beautifully to this eco-friendly practice.
In addition to its environmental benefits, upcycled patchwork is about creativity and resourcefulness and often serves as a conversation starter.

I’m Saba Saneinejad, a sustainability advocate based in Toronto, Canada. I’m passionate about upcycling, and I enjoy crafting unique items like cozy cushions and stylish totes as a creative outlet and to support fundraising causes. During the day, I work in sustainable built environmental engineering. As a volunteer, I founded the Guelph Tool Library, where we foster community engagement through tool sharing.
