REFUND & RETURNS

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags.

2. Returns Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your reason for returing.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged or defective item(s) and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Final Sale Items:

  • Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties.
