REFUND & RETURNS
1. Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags.
2. Returns Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your reason for returing.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
3. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged or defective item(s) and arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Final Sale Items:
- Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. International Returns:
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties.
